MILITARY BALLS

Each year, all members of the Armed Services (US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, US Marines and the Coast Guard) hold a Military Ball (formal Dining Out). These events can held for different reasons such as a Welcome Back Ball, the celebration of the Service’s Birthday, or for a significant event.  East Coast Productions can support any and all ball room events from 50 to 1500 attendees.  Here are some significant events that happen in most balls.

COCKTAIL HOUR

This is where most balls begin and East Coast Productions can provide background music to set the tone of the event.

POSTING OF THE COLORS

East Coast Productions is owned and operated by a retired military man.  We have all of traditional military music used for the posting of the colors which includes drum roll, different trumpet calls, the National Anthem and all of the Armed Forces Songs. With proper coordination, East Coast Productions can be there to assist in the rehearsal of your color guard to ensure the precision needed in the official part of the ball.

POW/MIA CEREMONY

This is a very solemn ceremony conducted to honor those (men and women) who remain missing in action or as prisoners of war. East Coast Productions can provide the proper background music during this ceremony.

DINNER

During the Dinner hour, our DJs can provide you relaxing music while you dine.  At East Coast Productions we currently have over 22,000 song titles in our computer library. We add over 200 new song titles each and every month and we have the capability to log on to the internet and purchase music instantly! Our music library spans over 8 decades so regardless of the type of music you would like to hear, we would be able to satisfy your needs. All of these songs are categorized on our computer database for easy access. 

GUEST SPEAKER

For each ball a distinguished guest is asked to address the assembly of military personnel. This person usually has some connection with the armed forces.  East Coast Productions can also provide you PA support and assist with wireless microphones for your guest speakers.

DANCE

Following the dinner, the colors are retired and the Ball Dancing begins.  This is when the "Good Times" start!  East Coast Productions will provide you the widest range of music and a great light show to ensure everyone has a great time.  At East Coast Productions our DJs gladly take requests. Keep in mind that this is your event, so why settle for a DJ that wants to play only what they like.
